At Oral Link, we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users and the patients under their care. This policy outlines our practices regarding data collection, processing, and storage.
PDPA & Data Residency
We strictly adhere to the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). All patient Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and stored exclusively on servers located within Singapore.
Data Sharing
We minimize data sharing with third parties. For our integration with Kells, we only transmit an auto-generated, anonymized alias email. Real names, dates of birth, and NRICs (which we explicitly do not collect) are never transmitted to external diagnostic partners.
